Star Live team service Beijing Cadillac Arena system ahead of 2022 ice hockey games

As we load-out of Tokyo our attention turns to Beijing.

Star Live was a consultant on the legacy transformation of the Beijing Olympic Basketball Arena (now the Beijing Cadillac Arena) and designed and installed a mothergrid and scoreboard lifting system in 2009 after the 2008 Beijing Olympics Games. This was a major part of the conversion from a basketball arena to a multi-functional venue.

Ahead of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, Star Live is servicing these two systems as the venue prepares to host the ice hockey games next year. Fact fans take note: this means the Beijing Cadillac Arena will be the first venue in history to host events for both Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
