Lauren and her Central Services team are the backbone to the whole Star Live operation; from H&S compliance through to our Quality Management Systems, it all flows through Lauren and her team.

How long have you worked for Star Live? I started out at BluePeg, so in one form or another nearly 17 years
What area of the business do you work in? I head up the Central Services team
What is the best project you have worked on at Star Live? Festival No.6 - my all-time favourite festival
What’s your favourite thing about your job? I love my job. I love how varied and exciting it is - we work on such amazing projects. I can’t wait to see Adele play on our Main Stage at BST Hyde Park this Summer
What was your first ever job? I was a runner at Euro 2000 - it was so tiring that I fell asleep in the stadium during the final
Tell us a surprising but fun fact about you? I’m a Brummie girl and my Nan’s sister knew the real Peaky Blinders
What is one thing on the very top of your bucket list? I would like to learn to sail. One day…
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you? Bikini, sun cream and a good book

What are your top 3 programmes to binge watch? Cobra Kai and Modern Family with the kids, I’m looking forward to the new series of After Life
If you had 25 hours each day, how would you use your extra time? I would like to learn to cook - I’m shockingly bad!
If you were Star Live’s CEO for the day, what would you change or introduce? Fish & chip Fridays on a weekly basis
